Wontons

There’s something about the marriage of pork, chives, and dough that is so delicious. Such a small package, so much character.

I could eat these all day, every day. They’re so easy to make. Fool-proof, even. When you’re ready, just boil some water, drop them in, add a splash of soy sauce and sesame oil, maybe a handful of bok choy and you’re good to go! If you’re feeling daring, maybe add a dash of vinegar. I like to be naughty and add some Sriracha. Oooh, spicy!

These are, obviously, the before pictures. I basically inhaled while getting ready to take pictures, and poof! they were in my belly. Next time! I promise!
